While some online retailers delay your shipment without notification due to frequent out-of-stock merchandise, we make sure we have what you need, when you need it. We have designed our shopping cart to only allow orders for in-stock items. If you have placed an item in your cart, you can relax knowing that we have it in stock.
We carry some special-order merchandise that has a planned delayed shipping time. These items clearly state this in the description so you know what to expect before ordering.
If there is a rush on a particular item such that multiple customers simultaneously purchase it, the shopping cart can be confused. We reduce this by stocking extra supply for high-demand items where possible.
